Production of single parts and wear parts to measure<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a long-time family business, we produce custom-made metal parts, wearing parts and small series. On basis of customer specifications and with the help of modern drawing programs we can produce virtually any type of item from metal. We serve approximately 1,500 clients – monthly 120-130 mostly long-term customers – through our many intermediary.<\/p>\n

High standards of quality and precision<\/strong><\/p>\n

On a total of 5,125 m\u00b2 of industrial space and thanks to 18 employees we create\u00a0high quality items for cement plants, concrete plants, snow plows, buckets (cutting edges), concrete mixers, but also small parts such as seals for pipes (flanges). The ordered items or components are then assembled by the customers themselves to a finished product.<\/p>\n

Since 1960 – metal – H. Heck\u00a0& Son<\/strong><\/p>\n

1960 founding father Hubert begins\u00a0with the manufacture of stair railings in the basement of his farm. As the workshop in the village is too small, father Hubert and son Leo 1972 build\u00a0the first production hall with 900 m\u00b2 on the Wirtzberg. In 1984 the second and 1995 is the third hall with an administrative building are added. In 2005 grandson Christoph joins\u00a0the family business. In 2009, the building complex is increased by a fourth hall of 1,825 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

1960:<\/strong> Hubert Heck machte sich selbstst\u00e4ndig in einem Raum 5 x 6 m Arbeiten: Treppengel\u00e4nder, Roste, Reparatur Landwirtschaftliche Maschinen<\/p>\n

1963:<\/strong> Umzug in einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Raum 7 x 9 m auf 2 Etagen Arbeiten: gleiche wie 1960 1968:<\/strong> Umbau der Stallungen in eine Werkstatt 9 x 14 m auf 2 Etagen<\/p>\n

1970:<\/strong> Aufbau einer Abkantpresse 3 m x 150 Tonnen 1 Schere 3000 x 6 mm 1 Blechwalze 3000 x 8 mm<\/p>\n

1972:<\/strong> Bau der 1. Halle 45 x 20 m au\u00dferhalb der Ortschaft Arbeiten: Bleche schneiden, kanten, walzen<\/p>\n

1974:<\/strong> Firma \u201eHubert Heck und Sohn SPRL\u201c wurde gegr\u00fcndet<\/p>\n

1978:<\/strong> Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung der 1. Halle auf 65 x 20 m sowie Anbau einer Sandstrahlkabine<\/p>\n

1984:<\/strong> Bau der 2. Halle 55 x 20 m. Neue Walze 3000 x 30 mm<\/p>\n

1995:<\/strong> Bau der 3. Halle 45 x 20 m mit B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude Arbeiten: Brennbetrieb, Blechbearbeitung, CnC-Fr\u00e4sen<\/p>\n

2000:<\/strong> Anschaffung einer Laserschneidanlage 3 Kw 3000 x 2000 Neue Presse 640 T x 4000<\/p>\n

2009:<\/strong> Bau der 4. Halle 73 x 25 m
